Found an interesting news article that relates to the Aptera?
We welcome your posting of that information here on the News Forum. Please make sure to link and quote the original source for the news, as many articles are repeats of the same information.
To better organize and standardized how the articles are posted, we just ask that you follow these formatting recommendations:
Article Title
Please format the title of your post to follow this format:
Date - Title of Article - Domain article came from
An example: 5/13/08 - Golden State looking to become Detroit of 21st Century - trentonian.ca (http://apteraforum.com/showthread.php?t=884)
If the title of the article and domain name are too long to fit in the title field, you may shorten the title as you see fit or append the shortened title with ellipses (...).
Article Body
You may briefly summarize the content of the article and then post its original source like this:
Obtained from: http://Complete URL to the article
Then a line break, and quote the article as shown in this example: News article example (http://apteraforum.com/showthread.php?t=884)
If a news article contains important pictures, video or exceeds 1000 characters in length, you can skip quoting the article and just post the link to it so that readers will see all of the original content: Linked news article example (http://www.apteraforum.com/showthread.php?t=890)
If news article are posted that do not follow this format or you have difficulty formatting your article, no problem, the Mods will jump in and help fix the formatting.
