This is rather wacky:

http://www.greentechmedia.com/articles/vinod-khosla-slapped-with-43m-lawsuit-1034.html

Apparently, a prison inmate with a history of suing everyone under the sun has, in his latest lawsuit (one of more than 160 since December) sued Steve Fambro for $7 million for not giving him a long-sleeved shirt to stay warm in prison with. The lawsuit was dismissed in February. He was one of twelve defendants in the suit, which also included actress Ashley Judd and race-car driver Dario Franchitti.

Previous defendants in suits by Riches have included President Bush, AccuWeather.com, rapper and entrepreneur Jay-Z, the Gambino crime family, the Magna Carta, the Vatican, the Taliban, dead writer George Orwell, Pizza Hut, hip-hop group the Wu-Tang Clan, the Grand Wizard of the Ku Klux Klan and Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream.

I guess this means that Steve's made it big, given that he's now on the "litigious prison inmate lawsuit target radar", up there with such greats as President Bush and the Magna Carta. ;)

Great Britain is going for opt-out organ donation. An improvement, imho.

And now, back to your regularly scheduled lulz.
