Aside from registering, has anyone gotten an answer to a question to Apteras Email. On the bottom of the registration number award, it says: to contact Aptera. I have, on a couple of occasions and received NOTHING. This makes me suspicious!

I sent an email to Emily Mitzuna (sp?) and she took care of my request (switched from (h) to (e).
I think the regular internet site is read, but rarely replied to. If you have anything other than questions ABOUT the Aptera, I think Emily is quick to reply.
Realize that they get bombarded with questions and since the final product isn't finalized, they'd be spinning their wheels answering the same questions over and over.

I've always gotten a response from them.

The HR person is a personal friend of mine. They are a legitimate company with real people and a real product. I've even toured their facility as a prospective employee (especially as a local candidate). However, due to their limited funding they have limited personnel. As a result, responsiveness to emails and calls is understandably slow. They don't have scores of customer service reps standing by (in India) to answer everyone's questions and concerns. All that comes after record sales and corporate growth... ;)

Sounds like a few more FAQ answers would serve them well.

I sent two emails to family@aptera.com, one (shortly after the letter about E&H lists) asking for more specs, the other a few days ago asking to switch from H to E. I haven't gotten any response to either one.

I sent in an idea to include removable pad-eyes for pulling the Aptera onto a flatbed tow truck and got what I think was a positive response. Here is a copy of e-mail

You have received a contact form submission from mmiller3@san.rr.com. The message is below:
Towing the Aptera with flatbed tow truck. Have you designed into the structure some places that pad eyes could be screwed into the frame structure for pulling the car up onto a flatbed tow truck and securing it down? Keep pad eyes in storage until needed so as not to detract from the gross weight and air stream. Plug treaded holes with stainless flat head screws. If you are already making plans for such, I thank you. Bill #2292
