I think this was done a few months ago, but they waited to post it for the "Sustain San Diego" special yesterday.

OK, you smart people, what is it that I see in this video at 1:34? Is a part of the airco in the door style? It doesn't look like anything I know.
Also, I noticed the other car seat, off to the side (at 1:10) now that Matthijs has pointed it out, but it is certainly not in the model they use in the video. Just because it is laying around doesn't mean they settled on that choice, right?
Finally, at around 0:25 you get an idea of how high the car is: when the guy swings his leg out it doesn't touch the ground. While there doesn't seem to be much hight difference between the bottom of the seat and the floor of the car. Tall guy, BTW, and there seems to be plenty of space. So getting in and out might be kind of like a SUV: nice and high for those with older knees?

I thought it was an A/C vent at first, but it looks like the door handle/arm rest.

I had not thought of that. you might be right. Unless... Is there a wire at the bottom? If i found such a thing in a hotel bathroom, i'd say: hairdryer.
Oh, wait, never mind - the door is open and thus rotated about 90 degrees, it is indeed just the door handle on the inside, originally horizontal. Sorry about that.

I think it's funny how not even 4 months ago the price of gas was still below $4.

Heavy duty bolsters on that seat on the floor? I like.
His foot did hit the floor without a stretch and that thing in the door is the bottom of the arm rest.

Recycled plastic little bitty grocery bags! (The kind you can't get in SF anymore.) (little joke from someone who gives out those bags daily at work). Jim

It looks like the rearview cameras need adjusting... look at 1:29 into the video as the guy walks across. When he leaves the first screen, he completely disappears for a second before you finally see his arm or something in the 2nd screen. If anything, the cameras should be adjusted to slight overlap, but there should be no blind spots in the view field.

I want to post a challenge...when I get mine ;-) we will get a group of us to go to Costco and see how many grocery bags we can sit on the floor of the rear area.
Oh, and don't forget, you have to bring your own grocery bags, because Costco doesn't give them out.
I think I hear a new Guiness Record in the background.
OK, OK, how about ping-pong balls?
