Did title icons break?

I am no longer seeing the "Title" icon. Just a ball.

This is using IE on Winders XP (eXtremely Poor).

What do you mean when you say "Title Icon".

The post before yours has a title. The icon I chose was the white circle with sunglasses and a crooked mouth. The icon I see next to the title is a blue ball. There is a blue ball next to 'admin', your name.

But it is OK again today. I blame Microsoft (because it is what I always do!)
