I'd like to add more detail to Wikipedia's Aptera Motors (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aptera_Motors) page. Does anyone have a reference to the dimensions of the Typ-1? I'm looking for length, width, height, and wheelbase.

I can't find the external dimensions anywhere. I'd like to know the total length, width and wheel base. Seems like the production units couldn't be that far off from the prototype in this respect but I haven't been able to find any numbers.
Cheers.

There is a thread about the size of the Aptera here:
http://www.apteraforum.com/showthread.php?t=170&highlight=dimensions. A summary is that from measuring off pictures it is 5 feet high by 15 feet long by 8 feet wide.

Thanks thimel.
I'll refine my search parameters a little more in the future.
Still, some hard numbers would be nice.
Darn, I was in Old Town Pasadena on the 17th of Jan! Would loved to have seen it.
I'm a little concerned about the width; I'm betting 90" based on pics.
Cheers.

8 feet sounds way too wide when you see people standing and laying under it. The tiles may not be 12" either.
