The dune buggy is evidently using electrolysis to separate the H2 from the O, and then use the hydrogen in a fuel cell. In other words, we're back to the same ol' Hype about Hydrogen.

What nobody bothers to ask the inventor in the video is what source of energy he is using to generate the electrolysis. Is it electricity? That's my guess. If so, how much electricity? All the studies I have seen conclude that the energy efficiency would be 3 to 4 times greater if he just put that amount of electricity into batteries!
