Actually, we have talked about it, I think. Compressed air is pretty poor choice, and this "car" is about as awful as it gets: the narrow front track makes avoidance maneuvers terrifying to contemplate. The aerodynamic drag is maybe north of 0.5. The windows are just silly.

Well it's FRENCH -- they do "quirky" better than anyone! Actually, if you delve deeper into the site you'll find some interesting techno-stuff. And some of the other designs aren't half bad...
