Thought I'd start a list of benefits over a standard car. This would help get some posting who haven't posted yet or in a while. Here's one I though of yesterday while looking closely at the first door ding on my 2007 civic.
No Door dings! Due to the composite structure/front wheels protruding to the far reaches of the side of the parking spot relative to the side of the "car"...the Aptera should be immune to door dings in a parking lot. This means I don't have to drive to the back of the lot to park my new Aptera, like I would on some other car.

Quieter interior - a low Cd shape generates less wind noise.

Which means you won't have to turn the stereo up as loud

Solar climate control: No more having to set the air conditioning to full when you get into the car on a hot day, and then still having to sit in stickiness for the next ten minutes.

Fill up on gas for 20 bucks again(Typ-1h) almost can't remember those days. Even better, do it less often.

Which saves energy, increasing your range.

I can actually do this with my Smart (not the new gen). 5.5 gal, usually less than 20 to fill it. I can get 48mpg with my Brabus wheels in perfect conditions, but average about 41-42 with combined city/hwy. :)

I put $33 of gas in my Insight, about 9 gal worth, yesterday. That should be good for another 600 + miles. When I first got the car it what very different looking. I would always get people asking me about the car. I used to tell people what tank of gas I was on. That really got them. This is the first car I have every had where getting gas such an infrequent event. I am looking forward to the Aptera when I will be able to really stretch the time between fill-ups!:D
