As little as I know about cars, I don't really comprehend why your question even exists. The worry about interior fitting would only ever be for the tall folks, not the short ones. Car seats slide forward and back; I don't see how the Aptera would be any bit different. And 5'0" is not really that tiny. The average height for a female in the U.S. is 5'4", which also happens to be my height.
