Yup, I'm a newbie saving up for my deposit.

Just saw the first(?)current job opening for COMPOSITE TECHNICIAN.

This is the beginning of "bunches".

I think I will wait for "test track driver"

I only WISH I could apply for that position as I USED to work as a Composite/fiberglass Tech for the USAF as a civilian. I RUINED my hands using the Vibrating tools for 10 to 12 hours a day for over 20 years. I had two carpal tunnel surgeries and my hands won't allow me to handle those tools any more (too much pain) I can hardly type & use a mouse for a short period of time. The second problem is the COST OF LIVING IS SO HIGH IN CALIFORNIA NOW!!!!! I have also become alegeric to high dust levels in some of those shops as I break out. I bet it would be GREAT to be apart of the Aptera Family!
GOOD LUCK to the applicants!

If I were already in the area, I'd be standing outside waiting for an opening like that one. Cant beat the atmosphere of a startup company, and knowing that every single thing you do in your job makes an impact on the company is a great feeling if you can handle the pressure. Setting it up from scratch to be done the right way can keep a company in business. Unfortunately I am 1,343 miles away currently.

Hey, if they ever post a need for a software developer, I'll drop off an application ;)

I'm a QA tech in a small aerospace composites company that was recently bought by a large company. The small shop environment certainly is nice! Since the buyout there's more money coming in - which equates to more projects, tooling and builiding expansion. Unfortunately there's also more politics and bureaucracy.

Bring on more openings - I'll move myself to SoCal! (Think employees can move up the reservation list?) ;)

PS NOOOO! Don't make an 'impact'. That leads to EV1 then the crusher. :scared0008:
