How long has it been sense you have gone out for a drive for fun?

How long has it been sense you have gone out for a drive for fun? Just wondering... It doesn't even seem like i can even enjoy a ride around anywhere. And with the Typ-1h seams like i can finaly take a road trip that i would like to take. Who doesn't like road trips? Now you can go out and see all the things you wanted to see and no longer will you not have a reason to drive out.

Does anyone enjoy driving anymore?

I *really* hope they give us charger options, because if I can charge on RV outlets, I am *so* going to go on long road trips in my Typ-1e. ;) That would be so much fun. I'd need to call ahead and make sure I can rent a space by the hour, of course. But driving for two hours, then charging on a 120V split-phase (effectively 240V), 50A outlet (50 minute charge) or even a 120V, 30A outlet (2 3/4 hour charge), then getting back on the road and driving another two hours again, and so on, we could cover some serious distance. And do almost no environmental damage in the process. And have our charge time to go on walks in scenic areas ;) Oh, I'd have so much fun with that!

I drive a kinda-big truck for a living so driving for fun doesn't really happen. I sure wish I could drive an Aptera to the beach though. I could enjoy that. Hwy 98 (see my name) is one of the best bits of road around to drive along.

I drive to the bay area, phoenix, and vegas all the time. The typ-1h will be great for nonstop trips. I'll probably have to stop to pee vs needing gas!
