Check the bottom left of the picture. It has 2 screws and a black cylinder in the center. What does it do? RFID?

Right below the stering wheel? My guess is some kind of electronic parking break or high beams.

Reminds me of the high-low beam control found on most GM autos during the 70's.

It's an old-school style high-beam switch...long story, and won't make it into production.

Good to hear there's still improvements happening to the design. I can't wait to see the production vehicle!

Great to see you here, Steve :) And keep up the great work. I can't wait to see what options there will be when the myaptera page opens up (esp. for charging).
