Will we need to wear Helmets by law?

Thats my question. Since the Aptera is classified as a motorcycle, and law requires motorcycle drivers to wear helmets, would we be required to wear a helmet while driving this car? This could be a big factor in me deciding to purchase this vehicle and I'm sure others as well. No one wants to mess up their hair on their way to work.

You are not required to wear a helmet to drive the Aptera, nor is an endorsement on your drivers license required. Anything in the state of CA with three wheels does not require a motorcycle license and enclosed vehicles with three wheels do not require the use of a helmet. All this and you also get to drive in the HOV lanes!
