I thought that it was going to top out at 95mph and that it would go probably 80 or so miles on a charge. I can understand the range being very significantly limited because of increased speed, but would I be mistaken to say that increasing the battery capacity at the expense of weight (and therefore efficiency) is worth it?
Anyway, I hope the numbers are wrong (it's the most recent article on Aptera, though). The 400 sign-ups is definitely dated information!
