I have never seen this one before but it seems pretty old footage:

The aspect ratio seems "off" somehow. The Typ-1 looks narrower than other vids...or maybe it's just the "Modest Mouse" soundtrack.

The footage looks like it's cut from the same reel as the Aptera ad video:

It's clear that the aspect ratio is off, and it was stretched from widescreen to 4:3. The Aptera ad footage is in widescreen too.
