Matthijs, first off, thanks for your support of Aptera and being a fan of the product...it is so much 'bigger' than one person now.

Myself and Chris remain active board members, but we are no longer employees of the company. Chris is working on his startup, flux power http://www.fluxpwr.com/, I don't want to steal his thunder, but he may have some announcements soon :-)

Myself? I'm back full circle. Working on a new venture out of my garage again and also with a small lab and office somewhere in Carlsbad. I'm working on my business plan, wrapping up experiments and preparing to raise the seed round by March. Pretty tight lipped about it- it's in the cleantech space, involves nano-composites, aerodynamics......um...that's about it. I wonder what it could be?

Last Thursday was the 4 year anniversary of when I left my garage to start Aptera, it's kinda nice to be back there, surrounded by the people I love. This time I have Phoebe, my 3 1/2 year old helping me and keeping me company. She brings me the boxes of stuff from UPS or FedEx sometimes wearing a ballerina tutu or a princess dress. Tricia, my wife, is working on other aspects of the business- our house has been coined by a friend as the Fambro Industrial Complex, and I have no doubt it will again produce great works.

I have been blessed with the opportunities I had at Aptera, and a wonderful, loving family. I believe things happen for a reason, you know, one door closes, another on opens...so I'm dusting off my chaps, putting my hat back on and gettin' back on the saddle.
