I always thought it would end up in a museum before a showroom. The irony of all these events is what movies are/will be made from. Much time and money spent at events like this rather than other areas.

It is a bit of the cart before the horse. SpaceshipOne is in the Smithsonian for winning it's X-prize. Aptera is still just a nice idea. If they were in production then putting the mules in a museum would make more sense. Right now it just seems silly and pathetic.

Driving in circles, LOL!
So that looks like PP4, not the "latest Aptera 2e" that this article portends. It's nice to see Aptera still touting the old design. http://www.nwitimes.com/entertainmen...3d0401fad.html

Do we know when this was filmed? Although it was posted recently, it could still be old footage. If it's new footage, I vote we get all riled up. I'll get things rolling. Ahem...
"Oh my gawd! Are they reverting to the PP series? Oh man, that'd be sick!" |

They just did not want to fly out the door and hit something expensive.

It's very recent. They're using the PP4? because the S0-1 is getting dynamometered right now. What use are the old mules good for except PR and to remind us of the good old days.
