Default What happened to our manners?

I am finding less real world information here every day, and more personal attacks. All these discussions about COPulation and harness pricing and blah blah blah... I sure hope I have a free-range power train and not one held in some horrible form of bondage.

Way too many personal attacks going on here, and the mods are not imune from it. We all seem to be experts on the Typ1/Typ2 and yet none of us are any closer to knowing the REAL information needed to make a buy decision.

Each morning I failthfully hunt through these forums looking for any possible information about the Aptera. Lately I have been coming away with the feeling that it was time wasted, and time I will never get back.

I will quietly get down from my soapbox now.

I hear you. I haven't posted in quite a while due to the overall tone on this forum.

I think that people here are getting grumpy, because there is not much RAEL new information to be had, and the time frame to REAL production car seems to be getting longer and longer.

I personally:
1. do not have enough technical knowledge to go on the offensive
2. am still patient for a good product rather than a fast release
3. generally happy, and will get the best product when ever I feel it is on the market. (Aptera or other)

Ditto to all the above,

I have basically quit posting because this forum seems to be less about the aptera and more about I am right and you're wrong.

At this point anything we say about the TYP 2e is speculation.

Although occationaly spirited debates do degrade into persoal attacks, I quite injoy the constructive discussions. Thank you to all those with more knowledge then myself that keep their debates civil.

Folks are just really disappointed to see another great idea, that was really ready for it's time, to be once again be bought out of existence by a mediocre status quo. Sure we can go out and buy a Leaf or Prius, but we were ready for something really different. We all express our frustrations in different ways. Some anger, some denile, some hope. That's life
