Expand general electric car discussion

With aptera going nowhere fast, I propose that forums for the other electric/hybrid plug-in-electrics be added to the bottom section under Off-Topic, rather than stashed away as a subforum for it, and that subsections be added for the current major electrics/plug-in hybrids (i.e, leaf, volt)

This'll make it easier to find discussions about specific cars, etc.

Just a thought.

Everyone, I got some very bad news from a friend who used to work at Aptera. He said that Paul Wilbur has ordered that if Epic Ev does not buy out Aptera in a few day from now, he will ordered the destruction of all the Aptera Models, Bluerrints and Etc. He also said that the EV1 destruction will look like a party compared to the plan destruction of the Aptera Models, Blueprints and Etc. I am writing this right now as my taxi driver is driving me to the airport to fly to California tonight.
