When reading the forum I always first click on "new posts" and then for each thread click on the "display new posts icon." When using Internet Explorer this always brought the first post I had not read to the top of my screen. I have just changed to Firefox for my browser and it places the title bar of the first post I have not read at the bottom of my screen. I then have to scroll down.
Does anyone know how to make Firefox behave more like IE? Thanks |

Heh, I prefer Firefox precisely because it does not behave like IE. Why not just keep using IE?

Firefox is better in other ways. In particular, it is faster.

In particular in that regard, on handling javascript strings. IE has the sort of string manipulation algorithms a first-year CS student would get points off for writing. It's one to two orders magnitude slower with strings than pretty much every other browser. IE is also broken in regards to CSS in about a hundred different ways. It's just a complete PITA to develop for... but you have to, because so many people use it.

I'd suggest getting Google chrome, its clean, light, and it goes to the first post
