Apparently I wasn't clear enough that the plaque was sarcasm. I wrote "In case you're thinking about it". I'll try to rephrase it to make it clearer.

"The beatings will continue until morale improves" is a common phrase used to make fun of executives who try to motivate their people under them to work harder by threatening them.

If you want the summary in a non-sarcasm-laced version (it was written in a sarcastic tone for the humor of various people related to Aptera):

* Paul called together a company-wide pep talk to improve morale.
* He accused the forum of being infiltrated by Fisker and Tesla and said they're the ones trying to sow dissent.
* He told any employee that if they read the forum, they're "out"; and
* They've been trying to figure out who "leaked" the info about Laura Marion.
